Rating: WI4, 47m
Location: This now the first established route that you come upon at the north end of the Paradice Cliffs. It is just to the right of Blythely Way, which Mocha sandwiched in between. All three climbs merge at the very top.
This is a steep continuous flow. Looks like there are rests, but the only rest is at the cedar tree, 2/3 the way up. This route does not always form, and was only discovered in 2006.
Descent: Rap from spruce trees at the top center of the three routes. Look for old perlon a descending ring.
FA was done by a mini-expedition by Eric and Ed. We dragged a sled through the bush with our gear, breaking trail all the way. Dumped the sled about 3 hours in, finished breaking trail to the route, then came back and set up camp. That night was -30C. The next day was warmer, but still iffy in the leather boots. A wonderful backcountry time!
First Ascent: Eric Landmann, Ed Kowalski, March 2006
